Underground Hypnosis has developed a particularly cloudy reputation, but as with similar forms of conversational hypnosis it can be a source of real help. You probably know that you can efficiently convey messages to the subconscious this way, but you might not realize that you can ease afflictions, whether emotional, physical, or even mental. And so you see its uses can vary between the comic stunts you’ve seen on TV shows or at frat festivals and strong assistance for diverse addictions. It seems quite disturbing at first, but it’s a surprisingly commonly-used technique which as a rule creates no side effects.
Black ops hypnosis similar to the method taught in Underground Hypnosis can be quickly expressed as inducing trance in a subject. You can typically only bring them so deep into a trance state. How deeply the subject enters a trance state is determined by aspects of their emotional status, hypnotist’s ability, and personality.
The earliest trance level takes place at the point where they first begin to untense certain smaller muscle systems. As the eyelids begin to droop, lethargy will take hold to the extent that they’ll desire to drift off to sleep. You’ll see fingers flex and shoulders slump as a deeper trance state washes through them with surprising speed.
It’s possible to establish trances deep enough that the sound heard is solely that coming from the hypnotist. As you reach this depth, hypnotic suggestion comes in, establishing a route to the unconscious mind. If you should you take your subject to a greater depth of trance state, you’ll discover a point where they can be helped to disregard pain, and discard physical sensation.
Strong hallucinations begin to form the deeper they go into trance, and eventually they will encounter a state reminiscent of that found in anesthesia. In circumstances under which anesthesia seems, for various reason, inappropriate, hypnosis has very often been contemplated in its place. The Underground Hypnosis program doesn’t go to that depth; however, it hardly needs to. In most instances, the more simply attained strata are all you need.
